Is this pay per lead?

Membership is a flat monthly subscription that gives your firm access to premium Separate Ways services for you and your current clients. When available in your area, membership also provides your firm with access to pre-screened, attorney-ready clients who have expressed a strong interest in obtaining legal representation. When a consumer schedules an appointment with your firm through Separate Ways, you pay a flat fee for that scheduled meeting, whether or not they ultimately become your client. No percentage of fees, no success fees, and no obligation to take the client.

Can I pay now and get approval after?

No. A firm must apply and be approved first, and network eligibility still depends on completing a verification process and setup requirements.

The concierge is like having a non-paid employee for your firm to handle questions and concerns that shouldn’t be part of your caseload.

Second, by reducing your clients’ non-legal costs through our network of top-tier discount providers, such as real estate agents, mortgage experts, and more, you enhance your value beyond that of other attorneys in your area.

Third, we provide an internal Trusted Attorney directory for approved attorneys. This exclusive network generates a client base through our own outreach efforts. Each individual seeking legal representation is pre-screened by our team, including an evaluation of their ability to meet the attorney’s anticipated retainer requirements. Once qualified, they are shown the online directory, where they select and schedule appointments with local Trusted Attorneys.

Monthly subscription and flat rate per scheduled appointment

To become a Trusted Attorney, your firm pays a monthly subscription fee that includes premium benefits for you and your clients, plus eligibility to receive pre-screened prospective clients vetted for their ability to pay a retainer. We charge a flat $500 fee for each pre-screened prospect that meets with you. Separate Ways clients choose which attorneys they want to schedule a meeting with. Attorneys pay per scheduled meeting. Separate Ways does not auction preferred placement or guarantee a specific number of scheduled opportunities.

A selective network

Law firms must apply to qualify for the Trusted Attorney status. Our in-house network team reviews the application, and eligibility depends on completing verification and setup requirements.
