Separate Ways is a free national app with free core concierge support and modern AI-assisted tools. People use it to organize their situation, understand the sequence of what happens next and manage the broader transition around the legal case.
Legal help is requested, not assigned
When someone decides they want a lawyer, they ask for attorney help inside the app. Separate Ways presents eligible Trusted Attorney options in their area and the consumer decides who to contact, meet or retain.

Separate Ways handles the organizing, the sequencing and the everyday transition work around a divorce. When a consumer decides they need legal representation, approved Trusted Attorneys become part of that experience at the moment the consumer asks for it.

Not a pay-per-lead directory
Membership is a flat firm subscription. Separate Ways does not sell individual leads, does not auction placement and does not promise any quantity of consumer opportunities.
A selective network
Trusted Attorney status is not automatic enrollment. Firms apply, the network team reviews the application, and eligibility depends on completing verification and setup requirements.
You stay the professional
Separate Ways is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Nothing in the consumer experience substitutes for your judgment, your engagement terms or your relationship with your client.

Complete firm and attorney profiles, license verification, service areas and consultation setup.

Once approval, membership and setup requirements are complete, your firm is eligible to be presented as a Trusted Attorney option when consumers in your area request attorney help.
Attorney network questions
- Does Separate Ways send me clients?
- No. Separate Ways presents eligible Trusted Attorney options to a consumer who has asked for attorney help, and the consumer decides who to contact. Membership does not include any promised or guaranteed number of consumer opportunities.
- Is this pay per lead?
- No. Membership is a flat monthly firm subscription. Separate Ways does not charge per lead, per consultation or per signed matter.
- Does paying enroll me in the network?
- No. Payment does not equal approval. A firm must apply and be approved first, and network eligibility still depends on completing verification and setup requirements.
- Who can apply?
- Licensed attorneys and firms with an active family law and divorce practice who are accepting new matters in the jurisdictions they serve.
- What does membership cost?
- Full program details and current membership pricing are shared with firms after their application is approved.
- Does Separate Ways give legal advice?
- No. Separate Ways is not a law firm. It provides organizational tools, concierge support and a way for consumers to review Trusted Attorney options themselves.
