Why we built this
Quick access to a counselor we trust
Divorce affects the whole family, and sometimes the right next step isn't divorce at all. We want the people using Separate Ways to have quick access to counselors we trust and have personally verified, not a cold search - whether that's family and child support, marriage counseling, or both.
Verified, not just listed
Every counselor in the network is reviewed for licensure, relevant experience, and a genuine focus on supporting the people they work with through separation, divorce, or the decision of whether to divorce at all.
Free for families
There is no cost to a family or couple for finding a counselor through Separate Ways. Counselors who join do so to be visible to the people who need them, not to pay for placement.
A badge for active network counselors
Approved counselors can use the official badge on their practice website and marketing while their Trusted Counselor status is active. The badge is not a ranking or recommendation.
