Approved and enrolled firms
Network setup checklist
Work through these steps so your firm, attorneys, jurisdictions and consultation preferences are accurate before your firm participates in the network.
Frontend preview: this checklist previews the member experience. Once backend integration is complete, the working checklist will require a signed-in account for an approved, enrolled firm. Being hidden from search is not a security control.

What makes a firm eligible to participate
All of the following must be in place before a firm is eligible to be presented as a Trusted Attorney option when that becomes operationally available in an area.
- Approved application
- Active membership
- Complete firm and attorney profiles
- Verified licenses
- Jurisdictions and service areas set
- Consultation and calendar setup complete
Separate Ways does not promise any number of consumer opportunities, and consumers always decide which attorney they contact or retain.
